General presentation Monitor Audio W165 In-Wall Speakers

Monitor Audio W165 is a built-in wall speaker, easy to amplify, with a 16.5 cm MMP II mid-bass speaker and a 2.5 cm pivoting Gold Dome C-CAM tweeter arranged in a classic two-way arrangement, thus the sound played it is of high quality and has good dispersion and a wide spectrum of frequencies. Installation of the speaker in the wall is easy with the help of the spring-loaded signal plugs and the Tri-Grip clamps designed for variable thicknesses of the false wall. High frequencies can be adjusted from a switch with three positions: +3 dB / 0 dB / -3 dB. The ornamental grid covers the entire surface of the speaker and is very easily removable, being magnetically fixed. The speakers come with a cardboard template for cutting out the installation gap in the wall.

- MMP II (Metal Matrix Polymer) diffusers with polypropylene cones loaded with metal particles.
- loudspeakers with C-CAM membrane (Ceramic Coated Aluminum Magnesium).
- Gold Dome C-CAM (Ceramic Coated Aluminum Magnesium) tweeters for maximum detail and finesse without distortion.
- IDC (Inverted Dual Concentric) swivel module consisting of a special medium speaker (RST Inverted) and a concentrically positioned tweeter, the module can be rotated in any direction (max. 18 degrees) to direct the sound flow towards the audition site. Only available on select models.
- compensation system (on/off switch) of the wall or ceiling effect - Boundary Compensation - to reduce distorted bass. Only available on select models.
- sound adjustment system in high frequencies (treble), switch with three positions: -3 dB, 0 dB, +3 dB. Only available on select models.
