Dare to bring true cinematic sound effects to the comfort of your own home! Movies will take on a new dimension. This system is distinct by offering sound effects on a vertical plane, reflected from the ceiling. This gives the viewer the impression of diving into an ultra-realistic 3D universe. The minimum required for a Dolby Atmos configuration is a 5.1.2 system, and Focal wanted to integrate this technology into a new generation of Sib & Co speakers, the iconic Home Cinema range launched in 2002! The 5.1.2 package is associated with two speakers equipped with an additional speaker on the upper part that has Dolby Atmos technology.

A complete package

The Sib Evo is composed of a 5" Polyflex speaker and a 3/4" silk dome tweeter integrated into a robust enclosure to provide an extended frequency response. The Dolby Atmos speaker is equipped with an additional 4" Polyflex full-range speaker on the top, dedicated for Dolby Atmos effects. The Cub Evo subwoofer maintains the same design code as Hi-Fi subwoofers in a "lifestyle" product. Equipped with an 8" speaker and a Class D 200W amplifier, it is characterized by the MDF structure and the matte finish.

Sib & Co have been a point of reference in the Home Cinema market since 2002! The new Sib Evo edition completes the first one: the two systems are perfectly compatible. The performance has been improved and the dimensions have increased. The 5.1.2 configuration is a very coherent system, offering unprecedented sensations!

What are Dolby Atmos effects?

The particularity of this speaker is represented by the ability to reproduce Atmos effects from cinemas in the comfort of your own home. In addition to the front driver, an additional full-range driver has been integrated on the top of the speaker. This system prevents the need to add accessories to the speakers to reproduce the vertical effects, which will alter the design or overall harmony of the system. It surrounds the viewer with sound effects, especially those from above, being a major innovation for this type of product. The Atmos speakers, through the front and vertical speakers, form a complete system with all the elements working in harmony. In addition, Sib Evo is an excellent, compact and structured system.
