Monitor Audio C180 is a built-in ceiling speaker, easy to amplify, with a 20 cm MMP II mid-bass speaker and a 2.5 cm Gold Dome C-CAM tweeter placed in front of the central speaker, so the sound played is of high quality and it has a good dispersion and a wide spectrum of frequencies. Installation of the speaker in the ceiling is easy with the help of the spring-loaded signal plugs and the Tri-Grip mounting clips designed for variable thicknesses of the false ceiling. High frequencies can be adjusted from a switch with three positions: +3 dB / 0 dB / -3 dB. The ornamental grid covers the entire surface of the speaker and is very easily removable, being magnetically fixed. The speakers come with a cardboard template for cutting out the installation gap in the ceiling.

- IDC (Inverted Dual Concentric) swivel module consisting of a special medium speaker (RST Inverted) and a concentrically positioned tweeter, the module can be rotated in any direction (max. 18 degrees) to direct the sound flow towards the audition site. Only available on select models.
- compensation system (on/off switch) of the wall or ceiling effect - Boundary Compensation - to reduce distorted bass. Only available on select models.
- sound adjustment system in high frequencies (treble), switch with three positions: -3 dB, 0 dB, +3 dB. Only available on select models
